GamingXplay is an authorized publisher of HTML5 games provided through the official GamePix Publisher Program (Publisher ID / SID: I1210).

We have obtained the necessary permissions and licensing rights to publish, distribute, and display GamePix HTML5 games within this application in accordance with the applicable GamePix Publisher Agreement and licensing terms.

2. Intellectual Property & Brand Rights

All GamePix games, game assets, logos, trademarks, brand elements, artwork, audio, and related intellectual property are the exclusive property of GamePix and/or their respective game developers, publishers, or copyright holders.

GamingXplay provides access to HTML5 games supplied through the official GamePix Publisher Program. The games, including their content, functionality, updates, and availability, are provided by GamePix and/or their respective developers.

GamingXplay is not responsible for technical issues originating from third-party services, including but not limited to:

• Game loading or performance issues.

• Server outages or temporary unavailability.

• Software bugs or compatibility issues.

• Content updates, modifications, or game removal by GamePix or the respective developers.

• Interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure or network services.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies available to users under applicable consumer protection laws.
