All core gameplay on GamingXplay is free. Virtual coins, points, or badges earned during gameplay represent digital entertainment metrics and do not carry monetary value.
2. Digital Goods & No Cash Refunds
Except where required by law, all virtual items, score resets, or unlocked digital features are non-refundable once activated or consumed.
3. Support & Disputed Items
If you experience technical issues with account balance or reward redemptions, please contact support@gamingxplay.com within 7 days of the issue.
